Main Title sequence for the documentary about serial killers in Turkey.
Since this was about real events, we wanted to be sensitive about what we were establishing and presenting. It made sense for us to focus less on cool factor and aesthetics, but more on the overall emotion and authenticity of the core of the documentary.

Main concept that we came up with was; portraying the serial killers as giant monsters -as locals used to call- barely visible on the horizons of their hometowns. Something that you are aware of presence, but can't tell what it is. Something eerie.
We have also dropped several hints about characters themselves for the audience to discover later. For instance, on one shot we see rats moving around out of focus. Because one of the killers was keeping them around because he was afraid of earthquake, and believed that they can alert him earlier in a possible disaster scenario.

Final resolution is a kind of abstract, deformed representation of their unstable mental states without showing their actual faces
